Shipping Cost / How to Return

 

(FOB) freight on board,

shipping is included in the final price of most shoes and Hosiery. Depending on your final sub-total, shipping may be added. Shipping is free, starting at $75.  
We only ship to U.S.A. addresses. Please, no P.O. Boxes.
We do not ship to an International address.

Shoes and Hosiery are shipped in their manufactured packaging.

All orders are shipped in 18 to 24 hours from the time order. Except for National and Federal Holidays 

All orders are shipped via USPS; Tracking numbers are provided on all orders. you will receive your purchase(s) within 3 to 5 business days. (95% of ours shipments make it in 3 business days).   

Returns

If a product is defective:

1. make sure the item you are bidding on is the corrected item at the payment window.

2. If the product (s) is/are defective when received, please contact us within the first (2) days of receiving the item(s); exchanges are offered for items of the same or equivalency or money back.

3. Item(s) must be returned in its original packaging, unused condition,
   the product must be in its original manufacture package, box(es). if not, no exchange, no refund.

4. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost of the item(s) they/you simply don't want. Buyer must contact us (DuskPhan LLC.) within (2) business days of receiving their / your shipment to be eligible for a refund. IF item(s) are damaged on arrival, contact us within (2) business days at Information@DuskPhanllc.com. In the subject line, enter:(Return) to receive a return label.

 

Contact us before returning item(s) to us, UNWORN, in the original manufacturer packing/box (es) and the outer shipping carton for an exchange, refund, or credit.


We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse delivery on returned merchandise.

If you return merchandise that shows signs of wear, The Item(s) will be returned to the buyer, and a refund will NOT be granted.

Do I have to create an account?

No, You do not have to make an account to shop our store. An Account for this store holds your DATA so to helps you check out faster.

Secure: 

 Is this site secure to shop?

 Yes, All your DATA (Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay e-mail address, etc...)
